Prior to Verve, Nada held a number of senior leadership positions at MySpace, Viacom, Advertising.com, AOL and most recently as chief revenue officer at Acxiom. She serves on the board of Blue Star Families, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping military families.
Tom Kenney is president and chief innovation officer of Verve, which he founded in 2005. He is the pioneering leader behind the location-based mobile marketing platform and has been instrumental in the company’s trailblazing growth and development. A lifelong change agent, Tom is focused on evaluating the potential of emerging technologies in order to provide advertisers with inventive solutions to enhance the success of their mobile marketing strategies. A veteran of the mobile technology industry, Tom previously held leadership roles with BlueRun Ventures, Nokia Venture Partners, and Nokia, Inc.
John Fitzgerald is the chief financial officer of Verve. He brings 20 years of experience working with growth-stage technology and digital media companies, having managed integral areas of business, including capital fundraising, acquisitions and divestitures, investor relations and strategic planning efforts. Over the course of his career with venture-backed companies, John has raised over $200 million and has managed financial operations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Prior to Verve, John was chief financial officer at Brickfish. He began his career with Arthur Anderson, LLP and held subsequent financial leadership roles with Veoh Networks and BakBone Software.
As Verve’s global chief revenue officer, Kevin Arrix leads the company’s sales, customer success and advertising operations. In this role, Kevin is focused on driving performance through the development of business relationships in U.S. markets and overseas. He previously was executive vice president of worldwide brand partnerships at SFX Entertainment, where he served as chief revenue officer at mobile rewards entertainment platform Viggle. Prior to SFX, Kevin built and scaled successful sales organizations at Viacom, CBS SportsLine, and Turner Broadcasting.
As Verve’s chief executive officer, international, Ian James leads the company’s global business, operations and international expansion strategy. For over fifteen years, Ian has drawn upon his global media expertise to help marketers extend their digital footprints and drive positive business results. Ian previously held executive leadership positions at Acxiom, Starcom MediaVest Group, Aegis Media and Bacardi.
Brad Herman is chief business development officer of Verve, where he is responsible for the mobile marketing platform’s strategic, media, data and technology partnerships. He brings vast legal and financial services experience to his work, establishing relationships that drive profitability and growth for the business. Prior to Verve, Brad held roles focused on driving high growth lines of business at Advertising.com and MTV Networks. Most recently, he was chief media officer of Videology where he secured partnerships with global media networks and publishers including Google, Sony, AOL and NewsCorp.
As chief marketing officer, Julie Bernard leads Verve’s brand strategy, marketing, analytics and creative services. Julie was previously senior vice president of omnichannel customer strategy, data science, loyalty, and marketing technology at Macy’s, where she was recognized as a customer-centric leader implementing data-driven approaches for strategic growth, including award-winning personalized communications at scale, first-of-a-kind loyalty programs, and modern media attribution techniques. Julie previously held executive leadership positions at Saks Fifth Avenue and XRoads Solutions Group, a boutique retail consultancy.
Brian Crook is chief product officer of Verve. In this role, he leads the mobile marketing platform’s product, technology and engineering teams. Brian leverages his vast experience spanning marketing and advertising technology, enterprise software, and information systems development to build leading-edge products that deliver results for Verve’s publisher, agency and advertiser clients.
Prior to joining Verve, Brian was president and chief technology officer of Aerify Media (acquired by Sizmek). A veteran of digital advertising technology, Brian previously held executive engineering roles with aQuantive (sold to Microsoft), Atlas (acquired by Facebook), Avenue A, and webMethods/Software AG.
As chief people officer of Verve, Pratiksha Patel leads the company’s people and culture initiatives, spanning talent development, recruiting and the embodiment of the company’s core values. Pratiksha’s career spans over sixteen years of leadership and people strategy, cultivating strengths-based, growth-focused cultures that contribute to broader corporate strategy. She previously held senior positions at L’Oreal, Gilt.com and Centric Digital.
